OlyWork

Policy

Copyright and IP Policy

OlyWork is built to protect creator IP while preventing unauthorized package distribution, piracy, and unsafe reuse.

Last updated: May 25, 2026

Creator ownership

Creators must only upload, paste, import, publish, sell, or distribute packages they own or are authorized to distribute. This includes source code, workflow JSON, MCP server packages, agent instructions, screenshots, documentation, brand names, and bundled examples.

Private source protection

Premium and protected packages must not expose raw private repository URLs, object storage paths, internal runtime endpoints, customer secrets, or proprietary source locations to buyers. OlyWork routes protected delivery through token-gated sync and encrypted artifacts.

GitHub imports

GitHub imports are creator-side ingestion events. A successful import does not grant buyers repository access. It lets OlyWork verify source control and package selected content into a controlled delivery artifact.

Takedown reports

If you believe a package infringes your copyright, trademark, source license, or company IP, include the listing URL, a description of the protected work, your relationship to the owner, and the reason the package is unauthorized.

Enforcement

OlyWork may hide listings, suspend sync access, revoke tokens, disable creator publishing, preserve audit logs, or remove packages while reviewing an IP report.
