Refund Policy

Current beta

OlyWork payments are not live yet. Beta access may be granted manually for testing secure install flows, token rotation, revocation, and package updates.

Future paid packages

When checkout is enabled, package purchases will generally provide immediate digital access through Oly CLI. Refund eligibility may depend on the package type, access history, creator policy, technical failure, duplicate purchase, or verified abuse report.

OlyWork may treat one-time digital package access differently from subscriptions, metered usage, hosted runtimes, or team plans once those products are enabled.

Refund and dispute effects

Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes may suspend or revoke related access tokens while keeping the purchase record auditable. Revoked tokens will no longer sync protected package payloads.

Broken or unsafe packages

If a paid package is malicious, materially misleading, or cannot be installed as described, OlyWork may remove the listing, suspend delivery, revoke tokens, and review refunds manually.

Creator payouts

Creator payouts are not active during beta. When enabled, payout timing may account for refunds, disputes, chargeback windows, fraud review, platform fees, and creator verification status.
